Welcome to Mining Equip Africa. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our services, including the sale and purchase of mining equipment, equipment leasing, and training services. By engaging with Mining Equip Africa, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our services.

2. Services Provided

Mining Equip Africa offers the following services:

  • Mining Equipment Sales and Leasing: We provide new and refurbished mining equipment for both underground and surface operations. Leasing options are available.

  • Equipment Purchasing: We acquire mining equipment in various conditions, including surplus inventory and individual pieces.

  • Training Services: We offer comprehensive training programs focused on equipment handling, maintenance, and safety for mining personnel.

3. Equipment Sales and Leasing

  • Order and Acceptance: All orders for equipment are subject to acceptance by Mining Equip Africa. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

  • Pricing: Prices for equipment are as stated in our quotations or website and are subject to change without notice. All prices are exclusive of taxes, which will be added as applicable.

  • Payment Terms: Payment terms are specified in our invoices and may include a requirement for advance payment. Full payment is required before delivery of equipment unless otherwise agreed.

  • Delivery: Delivery times are estimated and may vary based on equipment availability and location. Mining Equip Africa is not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances.

4. Equipment Purchasing

  • Acquisition Process: We will assess and offer to purchase equipment based on its condition, make, and model. The purchase process will include an evaluation and agreement on the terms of sale.

  • Transportation: We provide support for the transportation of purchased equipment. Costs and arrangements for transportation will be detailed in the purchase agreement.

5. Training Services

  • Program Enrollment: Enrollment in training programs is subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify or cancel training sessions with prior notice.

  • Fees and Payment: Training fees are outlined in our program descriptions and are due upon registration. Payments are non-refundable except in cases where Mining Equip Africa cancels the training session.

  • Cancellation Policy: Participants must provide written notice for cancellations. Refunds will be processed according to our cancellation policy.

6. Liability and Warranty

  • Equipment Warranty: Equipment sold by Mining Equip Africa comes with a warranty as specified in the product details. Warranties are limited to repairs or replacement of defective parts and do not cover damages resulting from misuse or negligence.

  • Liability Limitation: Mining Equip Africa’s liability for any claim arising from the use of our services or equipment is limited to the amount paid for the service or equipment in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Confidentiality

  • Data Protection: Mining Equip Africa will handle all personal and business information with strict confidentiality and in compliance with applicable data protection laws. We will not disclose your information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

8. Governing Law

  • Jurisdiction: These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ghana. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana 🇬🇭 - West Africa.

9. Amendments

  • Changes to Terms: Mining Equip Africa reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
